This is a truly superb 1956 MGA 1500 Series 1.
The car has just been completely restored.
It is finished in the very popular Iris blue with a black interior.
This original RHD car was originally supplied to South Africa where it spent all of its life up until returning to the UK 10 years ago, hence it is rust free. Since then it has been in the hands of a collector and had very little use. When we purchased the car last year it was very sound, if a little tatty. We completely rebuilt the car including a bare metal respray, rebuilt gearbox, new clutch, new brakes, including drums and master cylinder, new chrome wire wheels and tyres, new bumpers and many other parts. We have a photographic record of the car before, during, and after this work. The end result is a quite sensational car that is rock solid and is ready to enjoy for another 60 years. The car also comes with a near new hood and side screens.
Driving very well this car represents a blue chip investment for the future. Being 1956 the car is not subject to an MOT or road tax.
